Two men have been charged with robbery and using a noxious substance after more than 20 people were exposed to what is believed to have been pepper spray at Heathrow airport.
The suspects, 31-year-old Tyrone Richards and 24-year-old Anton Clarke-Butcher, are scheduled to appear at Uxbridge magistrates court on Tuesday.
According to HM Courts & Tribunals Service, both men face two counts of robbery and two counts of administering a noxious substance.
Emergency crews treated 21 people, including a three-year-old child, after they were sprayed in a multi-storey car park at Terminal 3 on Sunday.
Five individuals were taken to hospital and have since been released.
Police said the incident began when two women were robbed of their suitcases after stepping out of a lift in the car park. The attackers used what is believed to be pepper spray, which subsequently spread and affected bystanders in the area.
