Mecca's Grand Mosque Introduces Childcare Centers for Young Visitors During Ramadan.

As millions of worshippers gather at the Grand Mosque in Mecca during the holy month of Ramadan, the General Authority for the Care of the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet's Mosque has established dedicated childcare centers to provide continuous care and educational activities for young children.

These centers cater to children between the ages of 1.5 and 9 years, offering a safe and engaging environment where they can participate in learning and personal development activities while their families perform religious rituals.

The initiative is designed to instill values of service and hospitality among visitors to the Grand Mosque. Programs include Quran lessons, educational storytelling, and age-appropriate creative activities.

A team of childhood development specialists manages the centers, ensuring a structured yet nurturing setting.

Beyond guided learning, the facilities offer meals, educational video screenings, and designated areas for rest and sleep, ensuring a comfortable experience for children throughout their stay.
