Legal proceedings surrounding the fatal stabbing of 17-year-old Bilal Nisar at Kingsway Recreation Ground in Luton have significantly accelerated following a fourth murder charge. Emergency services were dispatched to the park shortly after 6:30 pm on Friday, 24 July 2026, responding to reports of severe disorder involving multiple youths. Nisar sustained serious stab wounds during the violent incident and was transported to hospital, where he was pronounced dead shortly thereafter. A fourth 17-year-old suspect appeared at Luton Magistrates’ Court charged with murder, violent disorder, and possession of an offensive weapon.
