Former Prime Minister of Bangladesh and Awami League President Sheikh Hasina has been given a travel document by the Indian authorities. 

An influential leader of the United Kingdom Awami League who is close to the Sheikh Rehana family confirmed this to Daily Dazzling Dawn on Wednesday. He said he does not want his identity to be revealed. 

He said, with the travel document given to Sheikh Hasina by the Indian government, she will now be able to travel to any country in the world with a visa. India is providing round-the-clock flawless security to Sheikh Hasina. Sheikh Rehana is with her. He also said that Sheikh Hasina will stay in India for the time being. He also said that there is no possibility of travelling outside India very soon.

Travel documents are given to asylum seekers in respective countries, so in response to the question that Sheikh Hasina has taken political asylum in India, the leader said, considering the importance of Sheikh Hasina, India has made arrangements for her. 

It should be noted that, on the day Sheikh Hasina left Bangladesh in the face of the coup, Daily Dazzling Dawn published news that Sheikh Hasina would stay in India for the time being and would not go anywhere else.
