Camden Tigers Sport Club Hosts Successful Open Discussion and Reception with Councillors to Empower Youth Through Sport

London, 7th June 2026: Camden Tigers Sport Club successfully hosted an insightful open discussion and reception today at the premium Woody Charcoal restaurant in Camden Town. The event brought together local councillors, community leaders, and sports enthusiasts to discuss strategies for encouraging young people to participate in cricket and badminton.

Presided over by the club’s President, Syedi Karim (Chayem), and vibrantly hosted by Raihan Rehan, the event featured Councillor Shah Miah as the Chief Guest. The program commenced with a heartwarming gesture as the club's youngest member, Yasin, welcomed the Chief Guest with a flower bouquet.

The gathering was graced by distinguished Special Guests, including Mr. Gias Uddin, Chairman of the FN Foundation; Former Councillor and Founder Member Rahel Box; and Club Vice Presidents Jorif Ahmad and Monzur Hossain. Other prominent attendees included club members Samir Ahmad, Shihan Ahmad, and young member Yasin, among others.

In his welcome address, President Syedi Karim (Chayem) expressed his profound gratitude to all the guests for their valuable presence and ongoing support.
