Mohammed Sabir, 29, was asked by a husband to leave an online review after allegedly raping the man’s drugged and unconscious wife, Manchester Minshull Street Crown Court heard this week. The request came after the husband, who cannot be named to protect his wife’s identity, invited Sabir to their four-bedroom home in Stockport, Greater Manchester, in the early hours of 9 February 2024. Sabir, a recruitment consultant who used the online alias “Kashmiri Spice,” denies three charges of rape.
Daily Dazzling Dawn understands the prosecution’s case centres on a husband in his sixties who pleaded guilty in September to 62 charges, including multiple rapes, committed over a 20-year period. Prosecutor Louise Oakley KC told the jury that the husband used sedatives to render his wife unconscious before offering her to men he met on the wife-swapping website FabSwingers. Nine men are now on trial, all denying various sexual offences.
The court heard that on 9 February 2024, the husband crushed a tablet and mixed it with water, attempting to administer it via a pipette under his wife’s tongue while she was already intoxicated. At 2:50 am, Philip Wild, 58, a taxi driver from Stockport, arrived at the property. Wild, whose online profile was named “Peachy Ass 2,” is accused of attempted rape and sexual assault during a visit lasting less than thirty minutes. He denies the charges.
Less than two hours later, at 4:36 am, Sabir arrived. Ms Oakley told jurors that before Sabir entered the bedroom, he knew the wife was not conscious and would not be able to consent. The husband took dozens of photographs of the abuse, one of which showed the victim “hanging out of the bed” and “looking like a rag doll.” The court heard the wife stirred, and the men went downstairs.
After the visit, Daily Dazzling Dawn learned that the husband asked Sabir to leave a review on FabSwingers, comparing it to leaving a review on TripAdvisor after visiting a nice restaurant. The review, shown to jurors, was posted for “other like-minded people” and described the encounter as “really easy to set up a meet.” Sabir wrote that it was his “first experience of someone’s wife in front of them.”
The court heard this was not the first occasion two men visited the home in a single night. On 24 September 2024, Graham Brougham, 74, allegedly visited at 2 am; he has already pleaded guilty to rape and sexual assault. Sean Peers, 38, arrived at 3:15 am and has admitted assaulting the wife. The husband shared images of the abuse online with co-defendant Daniel Rayner, 42, a mechanic from Kent, who allegedly commented: “Oh wow, so when can I come over and play if you are pimping her out?”
In a message read to the court, defendant Robert Stewart, 70, a retired DJ from Stockport, urged the husband to delete evidence after a visit. Ms Oakley said Stewart wrote: “Mate, have had a bad feeling about it all day. Delete all images from your phone etc as it’s too risky. Remember what happened to the guy in France.” The prosecutor explained the reference was to Dominique Pelicot, the French man convicted of drugging his wife Gisèle and inviting strangers to rape her.
Police later discovered a “very large quantity” of pipettes in the garden shed and bedroom, some containing traces of medication used to drug the victim. The court heard the husband conducted “eye checks,” lifting his wife’s eyelids to confirm she was unconscious before commencing abuse.
Sabir, of Stockport, denies three rapes, in February 2025 and twice in September 2025. Wild denies attempted rape, sexual assault and assault by penetration. The other defendants on trial are David Graves, 60; Jonathan Kirk, 43; Robert Stewart, 70; Alan Keelan, 42; Jordan Wallace, 31; Richard Townsend, 38; and Daniel Rayner, 42. All deny a variety of sexual offences.
Four other men—Karl Lindsay, 56, of Taunton; Graham Brougham, 74, of Northwich; Keith Fotheringham, 59, of Dundee; and Sean Peers, 38, of Stockport—have already pleaded guilty at earlier hearings. The trial, expected to last at least two months, continues.
