  • Exclusive Growth for Traditional Marriage Academy Following Global Interest

Laura Zachary is transforming her niche digital platform into a premier lifestyle brand for traditional domesticity.

The landscape of modern relationships is witnessing a significant shift as Laura Zachary, the 36-year-old founder of the Marriage Academy, prepares to scale her "wife school" following a surge in international demand. Since the platform's launch in February 2026, the New Forest-based former relationship coach has moved beyond simple digital modules to develop a comprehensive curriculum centered on 1950s-style domestic roles.

The next phase for the academy involves a transition toward high-end, bespoke in-person retreats. While the initial £330 seven-part video series remains a staple, Zachary is reportedly designing advanced seminars that focus on artisanal homemaking skills and intergenerational family structures. These upcoming sessions, hosted at her Hampshire residence, are expected to integrate practical workshops in traditional crafts with theoretical discussions on marital harmony.

The genesis of this venture lies in Zachary’s personal transition. After meeting her husband, Zion—a 33-year-old pastor and host of the Zion Age podcast—in September 2025, she opted to resign from her professional coaching career. The couple, who married in December 2025, credits their dynamic as the blueprint for the academy’s teachings. Zachary advocates for a "stress-free" lifestyle achieved by deferring major decision-making and financial management to her husband.

"I believe that being a wife is a very important role when it comes to relationships," Zachary told journalists. "For me, it means that you are here to help your husband become what God has called for him to become. I believe that men can only go so far without a wife, and that a wife amplifies and multiplies everything that the man can be."

The curriculum specifically addresses topics such as "modesty and dressing for your husband" and the "purpose of marriage." Zachary maintains that her approach is a direct response to the burnout experienced by women in high-pressure corporate environments. She claims the structure of her marriage has alleviated health issues she previously attributed to professional stress.

Supporting this vision, Zion noted the practical benefits of their domestic arrangement. "I could see how helpful Laura was as my wife and how traditional her values are, which is rare these days," he told journalists. "I thought it would be helpful to other women to teach them the principles that Laura lives by."

As the "trad wife" movement gains further traction across social media platforms, Zachary is positioning her academy as a primary educational resource. She plans to introduce new digital content later this year that explores the integration of traditional values within the modern digital economy. Currently, her day-to-day operations involve maintaining the home, hosting afternoon tea events, and producing minimal social media content to drive sales to her pre-recorded sessions.

"A lot of women will criticise their husbands and put their husbands down, whereas it's important to me that we use our voices to uplift our husbands to encourage them to achieve what they want to achieve," Zachary told journalists. "The role of the husband is to lead the family. He provides for me. He protects me. I feel very safe."
